| The
Scottish Community Drama Association (Moray District) Youth Final
was held recently at Dingwall Academy. Following similar events
in Plockton and Thurso, the event was the culmination of a week
of Youth Drama Festivals in the Highlands in which over 300 youngsters
participated.
As
part of the BBC’s “Highland Year of Culture”
celebrations, Media Studies students from the academy recorded
a radio programme chronicling some of the highlights of the event |

The main interviewer was Hannah Sharpe who
spoke to members of the audience, the casts, producers, directors
and members of the production team. Guest of honour was Craig
Robertson, a reporter for BBC Scotland.
The
radio programme has been sent to BBC Radio, Inverness for inclusion
in its Highland Café news programme.
